• Prize pool based on number of teams
  • 18+
  • Full payment (non-refundable) due by May 31, 2025.
    • In the unlikely event that the tournament is cancelled, then the entry fees will be returned.
  • Roster (Name and date of birth) due July 1, 2025.
    • Minimum 5 players need to be registered by the deadline, or your team will be disqualified from the tournament.
    • 6 players must be registered before being able to play.
    • Last minute additions/modifications to rosters are allowed.
  • Teams will be assigned reffing duties in the schedule. Refs for the final games will be paid.
  • Individual awards
    • Team MVP
      • Determined by the player who has the most ‘Team MVP’ votes from other teams
    • Tournament MVP
      • The Team MVP for the team that wins the tournament in Div 1
    • Best Hitter/Server, Female/Male
      • Chosen by the tournament organizers, from the top 4 Div 1 teams.
  • Players are only allowed to be registered on and play for one team (no subbing, can play with fewer than 6 in case of injuries).
    • Teams breaking this rule will forfeit the games where the sub was used.
    • If playing with fewer than 6, ghost rule applies

    • 2 males cannot side-by-side double block a female attacker (triple block with a female in the center is allowed).
    • In the rotation, males and females must alternate
    • When your team is serving, no screening with hands above head. Hands are still allowed to be beside or on your head head (this is also a new Volleyball Canada rule from this year)
