All sponsors will get shout outs on the Facebook event page prior to the event starting.

When the sponsored prize/award/shirt is awarded/posted we will mention the sponsor.

Sponsor logos can be displayed on the main tournament website page.

Recommended Sponsorship Methods

Team MVP Shirts

• Logo placed on back of Team MVP shirts, there is 1 per team (so up to 32 shirts)
• Maximum of 1000 dollars can be allocated to shirts (this covers the high end amount of the shirts)
• Sold in lots of $250, so all sponsors will have logos covering at least 1/4 of the back of the shirt.

Individual Awards

• Provide additional prizes for the winners of the Best Hitter/Server prizes. Can be cash or other prizes.
• Minimum value of $100 per award

Team Prizes

• Provide additional prizes for the top placements of the divisions (eg. Additional swag for the 1st place in Division 2)
• Prizes should be divisible so that they can be used by an entire team.

Equipment

• Donate equipment for use in the tournament. Can be branded.
