Format

• Indoor

• All WCVL Rules apply (guys hit back row, 2 guys can't double block a girl, girl’s height net etc.). If unfamiliar, there are more details available.

  Rules and Clarifications

• 4 players a side. Minimum of 2 women on court at all times. Minimum of 1 male on court at all times.

• No tipping in front of the opponents attack line; players don't need to rotate positions, just service order (must alternate gender); no screening on serve; when setting over the net, the path of the ball must be perpendicular to the line of the shoulders

General

• Game balls are provided but it is recommended to bring your own for warm up
• All players must be over 18.
• It is recommended to pack a lunch, there is not always enough time to go and get food.

Reffing

• Teams are assigned reffing duties in the schedule. Only a single player is required for reffing duties.
• Refs need to write down scores and bring them to the table at the entrance
• Reffing supplies will be provided
• No harm in a re-serve is you completely miss something. Main thing to focus on would be in/out, over the line, net touches, ball touches.
